Desktop Manager for Android, any one?

3G watchdogMost of the mobile networks limits the data usage on your Android phone but they don’t intimate you when you are reached or crossed your limit, and your data usage can easily cross your plan limit.3G watchdog is an Android app which will appease you from costly internet overages.

Usage:
After downloading and installing 3G Watchdog, you have to manage the settings according to your data plan. You can set the quota for daily, weekly or monthly usage and you will get alerts when the usage exceeds a specified percentage of the quota. After collecting your data, a table will appear on the main screen that shows your usage and also estimates your usage over a specified period. You can also set billing cycle, and alert settings. You  also notice a new icon in your notification bar that changes colors (green/orange/red) which indicates how close you are to reaching your quota.

When the usage reaches a specified percentage of your quota there is an option to automatically disable 3G or re-enable it when the usage is back under limit.

3G Watchdog allows you to set quota counter to daily, weekly or monthly counters. It also gives you an option to view your quota traffic history and day traffic history and import/export it in CSV(comma separated values) format. You can share data by displaying a barcode on your screen and scanning it with another phone. It Should not be installed on SD card (run as service).
