Dr Mobiles Limited: Winner of Best Customer Service Reward for Takapuna Beach Association

Kia Ora!  We are happy to share with you the belated news about Dr Mobiles Limited winning the best customer service reward for Takapuna, North Shore area.  It had been a good journey since started the business back in 2011 with a very humble beginning. We expanded to two more locations as time goes on: New Lynn branch (2012), Wellington CDB (2013); as to meet the demand of mobile phone unlock and computer repair.

The competition will be won by retailers who provides the best customer service in Takapuna, North Shore area. Happy and satisfied clients will cast their votes individually via online method.

In order to be the winner of Best Customer Service award, the retailer must must demonstrate above part service to the clients.  Besides that, the retail must demonstrate clean, tiny and appealing  retail environment.

On top of that, the award winner retailer must prove that they provide clients with hassle-free sales or repair service.  The sales staff  communicate with the client clearly and understand the need.
