The makers estimate that this would take around 15 minutes, giving an average speed of about 60 miles an hour. Due to the fact that all equipment is hidden in a lifting body optimized for stealth, the Radar-signature is extremly low. Detection of incoming GRYPHON-soldiers by airborne or ground radar will be extremely difficult. The company does not seem to have had any public offers for Gryphon yet — although, given the nature of likely customers, those offers might be kept relatively quiet.

Giant Crane lifts a warship!

It looks like Photoshop work, but check out at the second picture after the jump.

This warship is the [South Korean] Cheonan, which has an interesting history. The 1,200-ton vessel was split into two after being struck by a North Korean torpedo. It sank into the Yellow Sea on the March 26th, 2010. 46 of the 104 members of the crew perished.
