iPhone 5 is Likely to Have Dual-Core A5 Processor, Hints iOS 4.3

iphone_5.jpg

Familiar with iPhone, isn’t it? According to iClarified, on the basis of the evidence that has been found within the iOS 4.3 firmware, iPhone 5 is expected to have the same dual-core A5 processor that has been used in iPad 2. This is not at all a big surprise because last year, the iPhone 4 was launched with the same A4 processor that was used for the first time in the original iPad.

The iPad 2 is showing excellent result and is much better compared to the original iPad. Hence, we can also expect the same thing in case of iPhone 5. The next-gen iPhone is expected to be more powerful and better than the first iPad in terms of raw computing performance.

So till the time it gets released in the market, let us patiently wait and watch what iPhone 5 has in store for the mobile users like us!

Mayl 2011 Technology News Update: Motorola Xoom Review (www.drmobiles.co.nz)

Motorola-Xoom.jpgMotorola has taken a splash into the tablet market with this product known as Motorola Xoom. Motorola seems to have hit the right chord with their debut tablet and has stirred a lot of interest in the mobile market. This is a 10.1 inch device that runs on the dual core Tegra 2 chipset which is definitely the best processor in the market.
The screen offers a resolution count of 1280×800 pixels and is superior to that of HP Touch Pad in terms of overall brightness and luminance. This is the first ever product to be launched with the Android 3.0 Honeycomb version OS and sure brings about a lot of functionality to the model. Xoom also comes with a 5MP rear camera that is capable of recording videos at 1080 p along with a 2 MP front facing camera for video calling purposes. The microSD card slot enables the users to expand the external memory space by up to 32 GB. For connectivity, the users get to use Bluetooth, Wifi feature, USB and HDMI port facility. It is a common feature for high end devices to have built in support of Facebook, Twitter etc…Other features provided are music player and A-GPS technology.
The only area where Motorola Xoom lacks a little bit is its multi format music player. The overall sound experience is just ordinary but this fact still is acceptable considering even the other such tablets. The 5MP camera is good but lacks a little bit on comparing it with Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1’s 8 MP camera. But otherwise, Motorola Xoom is a well created device with a great functionality.

May 2011 Tech Update: HP Touch Pad Review (www.drmobiles.co.nz) Auckland Phone Repair

HP-Touch-Pad.jpgHP too has joined the league of tablets with a competitive product called HP touch pad. This 9.7 inch device is good enough to put some popular tablets to reconsideration and manages to win customers on the basis of its specs and looks. This tablet is fitted in with a Qualcomm Snapdragon dual core 1.2 GHz processor in place of its brain.
The 9.7 inch of the touchscreen display offers a resolution count of 1024×768 pixels whose excellence can be measured from the fact that Apple’s iPad too comes with a similar pixel count. One great and unique point with this device is that one can separately buy a wireless Bluetooth keyboard along with it. Infact this model also comes with the A-GPS technology too. The operating system that Touch pad works on is WebOS which was originally created by Palm and it seems to be especially designed for the tablet use and not like a phone OS. The other features provided are Bluetooth, a front facing camera, music system and Wireless internet facility.
hp-touchpad.jpgOne point that can make you change your decision of buying HP Touch Pad as your tablet is the fact that it doesn’t offer you a rear camera. It just comes with a 1.2 MP front facing camera that enables video calls and conferencing. Motorola Xoom is a better choice as it provides a 5MP rear camera too. The screen also lacks a little bit on the luminance feature. But overall HP Touch pad has the making of a good competitor to a lot of existing and upcoming tablets.
