In this role you will:
Advise, serve and assist customers with inquiries on mobile phone faulty issues
Undertake work performing upgrades, repairs and installations for customers. Liaise with suppliers and repair agents to ensure customers products are repaired timely
Computer literate with a strong hands-on experience for mobile phones, can read schematic diagram, iPhone, smartphones, computer tablet and iPad repair and diagnostic skills. You must have at least one year experience
You must be customer-focused with excellent customer service skills. Technical mind with the ability to solve problems quickly
The ability to relate well to all types of people and build effective relationships with our customers and suppliers
Ideally, you should have high level of work ethic, professionalism, friendly and outgoing personality.
Apple iPad Air, iPod Touch 3rd/4th/5th generation models, Apple iPhone 3G,3GS,4,4s,5, 5s, 6 and 6 Plus repair work at professional level
